These tutorials present the capabilities of ALCD and a practical example of its use.
Overview
Two tutorials are available for ALCD:
The first tutorial presents the different steps to go through when launching ALCD:
- Fill in the configuration files.
- Launch the first stage to create ALCD output directories, the stack of primitives, the empty database required for training purposes.
- Update the learning databases on QGIS.
- Launch the second stage to classify the image.
- Launch other iterations until you are satisfied with the result.
The second tutorial walks the user through a use case of ALCD on the city of Montreux and explains the parameters of the configuration files. It also covers more advanced features of ALCD (other configuration algorithms, adding user features and other classes for labelling).
